A truly delightful and surprisingly spacious self catering accommodation in Cornwall only 7 miles from Penzance that sits at the head of the picturesque Sennen fishing cove with lovely sea views from the raised rear garden.

Grasscroft has been refurbished this year finally completing the work in August. It is now a one bedroom apartment and sleeps 2 guest, it consists of a entrance hall, Seaview living room, full tiled shower room, fully fitted kitchen, bedroom has a kingsize bed, small conservatory/breakfast room, small sitting area to the rear with access to its own garden area up a few steps also with a sea view. It is a property in its own right and therefore no connection to GRASSMEAD.

Fantastic Location

Due to its south facing position, the holiday accommodation benefits from the sun which pours into the small rear conservatory much of the day and there is also a raised garden which is laid to lawn and has lovely views of Cape Cornwall and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

Decorated in soft neutral colours and furnished throughout in rich themes, Grasscroft is ideally suited as a bolt hole throughout the year whether you are lazily sun bathing on the mile and half of beautiful white sand in the cove or rambling on the cliff paths during the winter months!

Grasscroft - comprises of Entrance Hall, Living Room with sea views, Fully equipped Kitchen, Double Bedroom with kingsize bed leading to Conservartory/Breakfast room. There is a Small sitting area to the rear with access via a few steps to its own garden area, also with sea views. The shower room within large walk in shower is fully tiled with a contemporary decor, and Cloakroom. Parking available directly at the front of the property signposted for ease.

“ This ground floor apartment is so comfortable. A newly built modern home close to Sennen Cove. It’s a short hilly road walk down to the cove but you can drive there in couple of minutes and park there. We loved our stay there, two local grocery shops and fish and chip shop within walking distance, the Success pub by the surfing school served food and the surf was fab! Excellent communication through out, will definitely book again. Love Sennen Cove 🙂 ”

“ Fantastic location with a beach and pub in walking distance. Great place to stay with your family. We had a fabulous few days at this superb apartment at Sennen Cove. Geoff met us on arrival and was really friendly and welcoming. We knew he was onhand upstairs if we needed anything. It's a stunning part of the world and the accommodation was perfect. The two bedrooms were both really comfortable ( our 4 year old son loved the bunk bed! ), great open plan living space with Netflix on TV and well equipped kitchen, plus nice bathroom with a really decent shower. The contemporary beachy decor was really cool and the apartment is both really fresh and new and has a really relaxing atmosphere about it. We also really appreciated the outdoor space as a place to sit out, play and also hang out wetsuits and beach stuff. Easy to park on the drive too. The walk down to the beach doesn't take long. Bit longer on the way back up, but it's a chance to take in the beautiful coastline and we enjoyed it! You'll be very happy you decided to stay here. ”
